RaciNova specializes in high-quality motorbike racing gear and accessories. Our products are designed to provide professional bikers with excellent design, comfort, and safety features to enhance their racing experience.

2. Are the products you offer genuine or replicas?

While our products are replicas, it's important to note that they are crafted from 100% genuine leather. We ensure that each item we offer maintains the highest standards of quality and authenticity in terms of materials used. With our commitment to providing premium-grade leather replicas, you can trust that you're getting the look and feel of genuine leather without compromising on quality.

3. How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

4. What are the conditions for a return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

5. How do I start a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at racinova.suits@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

6. What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

7. Are there any exceptions to the return policy?

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders personalized items, or custom sizes). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

8. Can I exchange an item?

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

9. How long does it take to receive a refund?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

10. What is the shipping time for regular-sized items?

If the size is regular and there are no changes, we will ship it within 3 to 5 Business Days after complete payment.

11. How long does shipping take for custom-fitted items?

All custom fitting requires work starting from patterning and resizing logos according to measurements, therefore shipping time is 20 to 30 Business Days.
